report problems, suggest features, and talk to the people building the product.
What lives where
- End-User Support — you are using Place to Mingle and something is unclear
or not working. Account, events, groups, messaging, billing, the mobile apps. - Developer Support — you are building against the Developer API or
connecting an AI assistant over MCP. These forums are public, so answers here
help the next person who searches for the same thing. - Community — feature requests, bug reports, and things you have built.
If you post in the wrong place, nothing bad happens. A moderator will move the
topic and it keeps its replies.
Who can post
Anyone with a Place to Mingle account. Posting uses the same sign-in as the app
and the mobile apps — there is no separate forum account to create, and no
separate password to forget.
What to expect
This forum is staffed, not monitored around the clock. For anything urgent or
account-specific — a payment problem, a safety concern, a request to delete
your data — use the contact route in the app rather than a public topic.
Two things worth knowing before your first post:
- Developer Support forums are public. Anything you post there can be read
by anyone on the internet and may appear in search results. The compose form
tells you when this applies. - Your posts are attributed to you and stay attributed. Editing a post
keeps a history of what it said before, visible to moderators.
